Virtual Environments

In the post-PC era computer and network technology are increasingly integrated into spatial contexts - be it by means of interfaces in the area of VR or augmented reality which enable spatial interaction with computers, be it via the connection to global data networks like the internet, or be it by means of portable devices which are not restricted to office or home use.

The interface becomes a spatial concept, removing the frontiers between human and machine, commodity item and interaction device, infrastructure and interfacing space – both technically and in the perception of the user. The foundation of our activities is therefore the engagement in the interplay of technical and design questions for the development of interactive scenarios.
